Amanda Ing
Founder · Speech-Language Pathologist
Amanda started Spring Speech after years of watching kids get shuffled through therapy without anyone stopping to ask the bigger question: why is this child struggling in the first place?
As an SLP with advanced training in orofacial myofunctional therapy and pediatric feeding, she doesn't just work on how your child talks. She looks at how they breathe, how they chew, where their tongue sits, how they swallow. It all connects. And that's where real progress starts.
Her sessions are play-based and built around what your child actually likes. The goals are clinical, but the experience doesn't feel like it. And after every session, you'll know what we worked on, why it mattered, and what to practice at home.

My Approach
Every session is play-based because that's how kids actually learn. But what matters just as much is what happens outside our sessions.
I give you clear carryover activities for home so progress doesn't stop at our door. I keep you in the loop after every visit, I'm honest about what's working and what isn't, and I'm reachable between sessions if something comes up. You shouldn't have to wait until our next appointment to get an answer.
